Deighton Coating Units EconoRobe-series
The EconoRobe-Series from Deighton is our line to apply a layer of marinade or egg white to the product during the panelling process. After the marinade or egg white has been applied, the product can be further prepared using other machines within the Deighton bread-making line.
With outputs from 350 to 900 kg per hour, and various belt widths, you can choose a Robe that is ideally suited to your production process. Havantec's specialists will gladly support you in choosing the right EconoRobe.
By means of a conveyor belt, the product is led through a 'curtain' of marinade or protein, so that the product is fully coated. Excess marinade or protein is then led back to the tank to be reused.
