Frey Vacuum Filler F52

Fully electronic, continuous vacuum filler for filling and portioning with removable ADG04 clutch gear and FREY High-Line e-drive. Suitable for all types of sausages.

The Frey F52 is equipped with digital control. It is possible to set 200 different programmes. The weight to be portioned is adjustable from 5 to 100 grams, with steps of 0.1 grams. Depending on the set weight, up to 450 portions per minute can be portioned. The machine housing is made entirely of stainless steel.

Rotor system

The F52 works with a well-designed stainless steel rotor system. Due to a well thought-out construction and the use of the right materials, there is no wear and tear. The vacuum pump sucks air bubbles out of the product to create the best possible end result.

The vacuum filler F52 is optionally available with a standard truck lift (120 litre standard trucks) for loading the hopper.
