This double-walled boiler is suitable for heating various products. The boiler contents are indirectly heated by a double wall filled with glycerine, so the heat transfer from the source to the product does not have to be done with hot water or cooking oil.

The temperature of the product in the boiler can be regulated by a mechanical thermostat and a computer control.
