Bretec Forming machines VDS-Series

The VDS-Series from Bretec is a type of forming machine, where the shape can be adjusted completely according to the customer's wishes.

The machine can make up to 45 strokes per minute, which can lead to 200 formed products per minute. Havantec's specialists will gladly support you in choosing the right moulds.

During production the conveyor belt is kept wet to prevent sticking. Water and product residues are collected by a drip tray. The speed of the conveyor belt is infinitely adjustable.
