Deighton Breading Unit EconoPredust-series
Deighton's EconoPredust-Series is our line for applying a first layer of flour to the product during the breadcrumbing process. After applying the flour, it can be further prepared by other machines within the Deighton breading line.
With outputs from 400 to 900 kg per hour, and various belt widths, you can choose a predust that is ideally suited to your production process. Havantec's specialists will gladly support you in choosing the right predust.
The product is led through a 'cloud' of flour by means of a conveyor belt, so that the product is fully coated with flour. Excess flour is then led back to the tank to be reused.
